We ask that you respect public order and personal privacy in your use of the Website. You assume full responsibility for all content you input or generate, including any actions involving its sharing or distribution.

Disclaimer: The Website functions as an integrated interface that enables users to access various third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and image generation technologies. The Website is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Stability AI, or any other underlying technology providers. We deliver these technologies by utilizing official Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) strictly in accordance with the service agreements of the respective providers.

WEBSITE USAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable right to access and use the Website for non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the Website to provide services to third parties, including but not limited to business-to-business (B2B) services, or attempt to make a profit from the Website, including but not limited to operating the Website as part of a business. For information on commercial use of the Output Content generated by using the Website, please refer to the 'User Content Terms' section below.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Please note that the Website and its content, including any output generated, are intended solely for general information purposes. The output content should not be relied upon as the sole source of facts or truth, and it is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

We ask that you respect our intellectual property rights related to the Website’s source code, UI/UX design, content, and trademarks.

USER CONTENT TERMS

'User Content' includes any content generated by the AI on the Website (output content) as well as any content you provide to generate that output (input content).

Ownership and Rights

We do not claim ownership of your User Content; you retain all rights and bear all responsibility for it. This means you are responsible for any input content you provide and must have all rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it. You are free to benefit from digital versions of User Content, provided you comply with applicable laws. However, please note that certain third-party providers may use your User Content as outlined in their policies ('third-party licenses'). By accepting these terms, you consent to the potential use of your User Content by third parties under these licenses.

You acknowledge that output content may not be unique and that other users might receive similar content. Output generated for other users is not considered your User Content.

Compliance with Laws, these Terms, and Service Providers Requirements

We encourage you to ensure that (a) User Content belongs to you, or (b) you have obtained the necessary rights to use it on the Website. User Content must be lawful, socially acceptable, and should not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights and privacy rights.

You may not use output content to develop AI models that compete with OpenAI or Anthropic products and services. However, you may use OpenAI API-generated content to (i) develop models intended for data categorization, classification, or organization (e.g., embeddings or classifiers), as long as they are not distributed or sold to third parties, and (ii) fine-tune models provided through OpenAI services.

Content Accuracy and Verification

Please be aware that factual information in output content may not be accurate and should be independently verified, as it may be incomplete, misleading, or outdated.
Public sharing of chats. Our Website may allow you to share your User Content from a specific chat via a public link (the "Share Chat" feature). When you create a public link, you create a static copy of the entire chat conversation at that moment. This snapshot, including all messages and other chat content, becomes publicly accessible. Anyone who has the link will be able to view this content. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share. Before creating and sharing a link, you must carefully review the entire chat thread to ensure they do not contain any unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material, or any personal, confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information that you do not wish to make public. Once a public link is created, you lose control over its distribution. The link can be shared by anyone, and we are not responsible for its further dissemination. The shared chat is an independent copy and is not connected to your account. Deleting the original chat in your account or deleting your entire account will not delete any previously created shared chat. For the sole purpose of operating the "Share Chat" feature, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and make the chat snapshot available to anyone who accesses the public link. This license is limited to the defined retention period of the shared snapshot.

Please respect the intellectual property rights owned by third parties. You cannot use any copyrighted or trademarked materials as input content.

The Website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Stability AI, Anthropic, or any other owners or companies that developed the large language models (LLMs) and AI technologies provided on this Website. We utilize their official Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to deliver the technology under official service agreements with these companies.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through a pre-judicial claims procedure. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the initial claim, it will be transferred to the competent courts of Cyprus.

You agree to waive the right to pursue or participate in class action proceedings.
